My professional background started I left school with B Bursary, intending to become a doctor the next option was civil engineering. 
Studies in Otago Civil Engineering, I later specialized in Geotech field where I first started out on my own, contracting my services to companies being leg work to collect and collate data in the field.

I did various other work, I enjoyed travelling the world with global stage production for some of the biggest music stars in the industry. I did another stint as scaffolding I enjoyed the danger of climbing and the planning aspect of installations. 


In 1999, I became the director of Face to Face Communications NZ Ltd, I found that I was good at managing large volumes of field workers contracted to Electoral Enrolment Commission Contract face to face campaigns leading up to general elections. This was contract work to the NZ Government. I developed leadership skills, managing people, venues and coordination corporate organizations while working in tandem with nationwide media campaigns.

In 2001 Vodafone Warriors NRL grand finalists two years in row, 3rd year top 8. I was enticed to introduce new sponsorship program targeting small to med sized business. In 4 months, I achieved 200% revenue targets became contracted fixture to Vodafone business end managed by very strong Australian business group.

2007, I then pitched GM of Vodafone First Mobile largest distribution chain of Vodafone communication products. On the back of my reputation, I was contracted to head up a specialized B2B sales team, develop a call center to work in sync with Vodafone product roll out and penetrate the Telecom dominated market. We achieved over 5000 new business connections and we became one of Vodafone elite sales team, where we travelled all over NZ to assist VF area managers targets.

2009 I developed sales team directed at B2B, B2C marketing channels, we recruited and trained over 500 salespeople with leadership structure that produced sales and motivated sales staff. We went onto 5 years of door to door campaigns through Auckland, Tauranga, Hamilton, Whangarei and Rotorua. We also went to Australia to test pilot in Sydney.

2011, I traveled to China on invitation of good friend, she introduced me to culture and I travelled by myself an adventure I really enjoyed, so each year I would travel China 3-4 times, that in 2015 I decided to move to China for a international experience. During my travels I was embedded into local community and learnt a lot about the history, family values, the Chinese thinking that one day I opened Dracon International Trade NZ Ltd. 


Combining my NZ experience with my China travel experience I fell into opportunity of building a trade platform for businesses to go direct China supply. I am able to merge China manufacturing to clients all over the world.
