These items were destined for Port Auckland, New Zealand, with final delivery to Niue in the Pacific Islands. This project highlights Dracon’s comprehensive approach, ensuring every aspect of the supply chain is meticulously handled.

Dracon International collaborated closely with Botou Kefa Roll Forming Machine Co., Ltd., a leading Chinese manufacturer. The pre-shipment inspection, conducted in Cangzhou, Hebei Province, exemplified Dracon’s rigorous quality control standards. Key inspection outcomes included:

·        Complete Production Verification: All ordered machines and components were produced and ready for dispatch.

·        Workmanship Checks: While minor defects like welding marks and scratches were noted, Dracon ensured corrective actions were taken before shipment approval.

·        Safety & Testing: The machines underwent comprehensive tests using client-supplied materials to guarantee they met performance expectations.

 



Logistics Expertise: From China to the Pacific

Dracon managed every logistics detail, from factory packing to freight arrangements. The equipment was consolidated for efficient transport to Port Auckland, leveraging Dracon’s established freight network. Once in New Zealand, the shipment was transloaded for its final journey to Niue, ensuring timely delivery.
