Next week, our team, alongside a valued client, will be traveling to China to oversee the final stages of this critical investment. Our visit will focus on attending a Quality Control (QC) Inspection conducted by Third Party Engineers, an essential step in ensuring that the machine meets the stringent standards our customers have come to expect from us.

The rollforming machine we’re acquiring represents the pinnacle of modern manufacturing. The process begins with the meticulous selection of materials. Once the materials are in place, the next phase is machining and fabrication. During this stage, the machine’s frame, base, roll tools, and drive system components are precision-crafted. As the components come together, the assembly process begins. This involves the careful installation of the frame, roll tooling, drive system, cutting mechanism, and electrical control systems. TESTING PHASE

Following this, we conduct material tests using steel sheets measuring 5.8 meters in length and 1 meter in width, with a thickness of up to 0.55mm. These tests are crucial in verifying that the machine can handle the specific demands of our production process, delivering consistent and precise results with every operation.
The final stage of testing involves fine-tuning the machine to optimize performance. This ensures that by the time it arrives at our production facility, it’s ready to produce high-quality corrugated steel roofing sheets that meet our exacting standards and those of our customers.
