Pre checks, photos of the container are clean of bugs & organic matter. Its illegal at most destination ports to have living organism in container. You may have to pay have it fumigated by order of customs.


Have photos and videos during loading and upon completed load. If goods are damaged, most likely it happens at the devanning, these agents are scrupulous with their forklifts and may try to pass the buck.


Pay for insurance, which is self-explanatory.


If there is wood involved in the packing it must be preapproved treatment, acceptable to customs at destination port, check with your supplier.


Your 3rd Party Inspection agent has checked your goods before loading, inclusive in report, pictures and videos of your products and of the container door closing, and in some cases take picture of truck leaving the factory.
