We are in execution of 3 Tonne SeaWater Ice Flake Machine, here are our protocols for a 3-tonne saltwater flake ice making machine, incorporating essential elements and considerations:




1. Pre-Installation Checks:

  • Visual Inspection: Inspect for any shipping damage, loose components, or signs of corrosion.

  • Component Verification: Verify that all components, including pumps, evaporator, condenser, electrical panel, and control system, are present and correctly installed.

  • Wiring and Connections: Check for proper wiring, connections, and grounding.

  • Water Supply: Ensure the water supply meets the manufacturer's specifications for salinity and quality.

  • Refrigerant Charge: Verify the correct refrigerant charge.



2. Functional Testing:

  • Power Up: Start the machine and observe for any unusual noises, vibrations, or leaks.

  • Control System: Test all control functions, including start/stop, ice thickness adjustment, and alarm systems.

  • Refrigeration Cycle: Monitor refrigerant pressures and temperatures to ensure proper operation of the compressor, condenser, and evaporator.

  • Water Flow: Check for consistent water flow through the system, ensuring no blockages or leaks.





3. Ice Production Testing:

  • Ice Production Rate: Measure the time taken to produce a specified amount of ice and compare it to the manufacturer's specifications.

  • Ice Quality: Evaluate the ice flakes for size, shape, consistency, dryness, and temperature.

  • Storage Capacity: Verify that the ice storage bin can hold the specified 3-tonne capacity.

4. Freshwater Rinse:

  • Flush System: Flush the system with freshwater to remove any residual salt or impurities.

5. Long-Term Performance Testing:

  • Run Time: Operate the machine continuously for a specified period (e.g., 24 hours) to assess long-term performance and stability.

  • Energy Efficiency: Monitor energy consumption and compare it to manufacturer's specifications.

Additional Considerations for Saltwater Machines:
